Witches, pumpkins and zombies are going to take over Mont-Saint-Hilaire streets! A Halloween theme will be put forward to create a fun and family-oriented atmosphere before, during and after your race!

15 km au pied du Mont Saint-Hilaire will be taking place at Ozias-Leduc High School. We highly recommend you arrive at least one hour before your race’s departure time.

REGISTRATION THE DAY OF THE EVENT OR DURING THE RACE KIT PICK-UP
You can register in advance at La Maison de la course in Mont-Saint-Hilaire during the race kit pick-up time, or you can do it the day of the event. You will find more information about location and schedules below. Please note that registration fee is payable by check or in cash only.
RACE KIT PICK-UP
The race kit pick-up will be taking place at Maison de la Course in Mont-Saint-Hilaire.
**Registration proof is mandatory**
Before the event: Maison de la Course, Mont-Saint-Hilaire, October 25th and 26th, 2019
Friday October 25th from 10:30 PM to 9:00 PM
Saturday October 26th from 10:30 AM to 5 PM.
Location: Maison de la Course : 524 Sir-Wilfrid-Laurier Blvd, Mont-Saint-Hilaire
The day of the event: Sunday October 27th, 2019
Registration opens at 6:30 AM. You must come to the Registration Office, located in Ozias-Leduc High school, at least one hour prior to your race’s departure time. Please bring your registration proof or an i.d.
PICKING SOMEONE ELSE'S RACE KIT
To pick up a race kit for a colleague, a friend or a family member, you have to show his or her proof of registration.
CHANGING YOUR DISTANCE
You must ask to change your bib when you go get your race kit on the Friday or Saturday at the store. You could also do it up to 30 minutes before your race’s departure at the Registration Area. If you wish run a longer distance, for instance going from 5K to 10K, make sure you bring money or check to pay for the difference. If you want to run a shorter distance, you will not be refunded.
TRANSFERRING YOUR ENTRY BIB
You must ask to transfer your bib when you go get your race kit on the Friday or Saturday at the store. You could also do it up to 30 minutes before your race’s departure at the Registration Area. To complete a transfer, we need the full name, city of residence and birthdate of the person you are transferring it to. In addition, we need the consent of the person who is transferring his/her entry, via e-mail or signed letter.

There will be a safe location inside Ozias-Leduc High School where you could leave your personal belongings. There are also changing rooms.
Each race will be timed electronically. This service will be provided by SportStats. Walkers are welcome in distances from 1K to 10K.
OFFICIAL RACE SHIRT
A shirt will be given to every participant of the 5K and more, except for people who have declined the shirt or have selected the Express Formula.
Bieausphère water and X1 ProCircuit Endurance sports drink will be served at the water stations, set-up approximately every 3K to 4K as well as at the start and finish lines.
There will be toilets inside Ozias-Leduc High School.
Although it is not recommended, you are allowed to run with headphones. However, you must run on your right-hand side as much as possible in order to enable rescue team and cyclists to move along freely.
AFTER THE RACE
A delicious full meal will be offered to every runner. The meal is accompanied by pita bread, Liberté yogurt, non-alcoholic cider from Cidrerie Michel Jodoin and a beer from Farnham Ale & Lager Brewery. Please note that you must have your bib in order to receive your meal. You may buy an extra meal for a non-participant at the Registration Area.
AN OFFICIAL EVENT THAT IS SANCTIONED AND TIMED
All races will be electronically timed by SportStats. Furthermore, all Courses Thématiques’ events are sanctioned by the Fédération québécoise d’athlétisme. We also guarantee that the courses are accurate and measured properly.
Results will be available online at www.sportstats.ca in real time and will also be posted on-site the day of the event.
Each finisher will receive a medal.
Walkers are welcome to our event for the 5k and 8k courses. There will be a distinct medal ceremony for the first three men and women of this category.
MEDAL, PRIZES AND AWARD CEREMONY
After each race, there will be an Award Ceremony at the podium. Distinct medals and prizes will be given to the first three men and women of every race. The prizes must be collected the day of the event. Forgotten prizes will not be sent by mail.
AGE GROUP MEDALS
Distinct medals will be offered to the 3 fastest men and women of each age group.
