A challenge from one bank to the other!
Run on courses of 1K, 3K, 5K, 10K, 15K and 30K on the bicycle path from Boucherville to Varennes while peaking at the magnificent scenery the St-Laurent River has to offer.

The event is taking place at Parc de la Mairie de Boucherville, 500 Rivière-aux-Pins, Boucherville.
You must show up at least an hour before your race’s departure time.

WATER STATIONS
There will be water stations approximately every 3k and at the start and finish lines.water as well as BRIX containing electrolytes will be served. The electrolytes will allow you to stay hydrated and diminish the risks of muscular cramps and fatigue.
BAGGAGE CHECK
There will be a safe location inside the Registration Tent, on the main site.
TOILETS
There will be toilets close to the Reception Building.

TIMEKEEPING
Each race will be timed electronically. This service will be provided by SportStats. Walkers are welcome in distances from 1K to 10K.
WEARING HEADPHONES
Although it is not recommended, you are allowed to run with headphones. However, you must run on your right-hand side as much as possible, in order to enable rescue team and cyclists to move along freely.

PARTICIPANTS' MEAL
A lunch box meal will be offered to all runners.
Please note that your bib is required to collect your meal after the race.
It is possible to purchase an additional meal during registration.
WALKERS
Walkers are welcome to our event for the 5k and 10k race.
RESULTS
The results will be live on SportStats.ca in real time.
MEDALS, PRIZES AND DISCOUNTS ON THE PODIUM
After each race, there will be a medal ceremony on the podium. Separate medals will be awarded to the three men and three women finishing first in each distance.
FQA SANCTIONED
The 30 km Sun Life des rives à Boucherville, like all Courses Thématiques, is sanctioned by the Fédération québécoise d'athlétisme, in addition to ensuring that the courses are accurate and measured properly.
